AAC Yellow 80

Mustard 21 Canada Inc introduces AAC Yellow 80

Composite Yellow Mustard

Boasting an increased yield, easier harvesting and cleaner grain, AAC Yellow 80 will be available in limited quantities for the 2021 growing season.

AAC Yellow 80 is the latest yellow mustard variety from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s mustard breeding and development program to be registered in Canada. [Registration # 9146; 2020-09-11]

AAC Yellow 80 is another mustard variety developed by Dr. Bifang Cheng and her team with support of the multi-party collaboration that is funded in part by the Canadian Agricultural Partnership program.
